Aims: Publishes papers that deal with research on microorganisms (comprising archaea, bacteria, yeasts, fungi, microalgae, protozoa, and simple eukaryotic microorganisms e.g., microalgae). Basic science will be considered, as well as medical and applied research. It is aiming to cover the applications of microorganisms in the field of Microbiology and Molecular genetics. For manuscripts involving human participants, a statement recognizing the ethical committee that approved the study and authorization that the study follows accepted standards is compulsory. An efficient system of article submission process governed by the editorial board comprising experts from the various fields of microbiology and molecular genetics and also well supported by the able staff members assures timely feedback and publications of manuscripts. Scope: JMMG serve as an important vehicle for disseminating scientific information of national and international significance. JMMG publishes high quality research articles, review articles, short communications, letter to editor and case studies in basic as well as applied and advanced sciences covering a wider audience of readers in the field of Microbiology and Molecular genetics. Objectives: JMMG covers all areas of microbiology and molecular genetics. It publishes papers and review articles on current topics in the related field.
