Abstract

Non-Muslims who study the biography of the Prophet (peace be upon him) are very critical of his features and characteristics. This thought of theirs also made the personal attributes and miracles of the Prophet (peace be upon him) a target of criticism. Among the miracles, the event of the Miraj was completely denied, the important events that occurred before the Prophethood of the Prophet (peace be upon him) were interpreted as fictional stories and assumptions and it was said that these were fabricated by the followers of the Prophet (peace be upon him) to increase his greatness. The incident of Shaq e Sadr was interpreted as epileptic seizures, as was the view of William Mayur. The great feature like prophethood and leadership was not limited to all humanity but to the Arabs, as was the view of Keren. Islam is not a universal religion, as he said, the Prophet (peace be upon him) issued a new law for the Arabs only. Some non-Muslim biographers denied his prophetic status and described him as only a thinker and a reformer. Similarly, his lineage was also criticized, and it was said that he himself linked his lineage to Hazrat Ibrahim (AS), which has no evidence. The Prophet (PBUH) was changed from a kind of kindness to a harshness, he was accused of being hard-hearted, and a story about his intellect and intellect was presented as evidence. Polygamy is also an important characteristic of the Prophet (PBUH), it was considered lustful and its numerous anecdotal and rational arguments were ignored. The purpose of making such objections by non-Muslim biographers was to make people hate him, and people themselves would hate their Prophet. In this discussion, the criticisms made by non-Muslim biographers on the characteristics and characteristics of the Prophet (PBUH) have been mentioned and an analysis has also been presented.
