Abstract

In the modern era, although man has achieved great success in scientific development, facilities and education, yet mental peace and inner satisfaction are disappearing. Problems like anxiety, worry, stress, depression and loneliness have become common. People are deprived of peace of mind despite material comforts, and psychological problems are increasing. In these situations, man looks for a way that gives him mental and spiritual peace. At such a time, the life of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is the best example for us. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) demonstrated patience, trust, prayer, forgiveness, gentleness and good manners in every difficult stage of life. His teachings not only teach man how to worship, but also show him a practical way to deal with problems like mental stress, anxiety and disappointment. The research of this research paper is being conducted with the aim of examining those aspects of the life of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that help today's man to have peace of mind, heart satisfaction and live a balanced life.
