Abstract

The South Asia is a region of the world where people of all religions and sects are present. There is no doubt that separate nation states have come into existence in it, but at present the world has become a global village and a pluralistic societies have come into existence. From the very beginning, the services of Muslim scholars of the South Asia have been prominent in the study of religions and sects, especially the books of Mujaddid Alf Sani, Maulana Abdul Haq Muhaddis, Rahmatullah Kiranvi, Hazrat Shah Waliullah Muhaddith Dehlvi are very leading. Later, Maulana Abdul Majid Daryabadi presented this study of religions in a modern style with analysis and offered the research of philosophy in an academic and easy-to-understand manner.
