Abstract

Abstract:\nScar ectopic pregnancy is a rare and life-threatening type of ectopic pregnancy. We are reporting the case of a 27-year-old female who had an alive cesarean scar pregnancy. The patient presented with an episode of per vaginal spotting at home. Pelvic Ultrasound (USG) showed a 5-week gestational sac in the anterior uterine wall confirming the diagnosis. Emergency laparotomy was done and products of conception were removed completely. She had an uneventful postoperative recovery.
