Abstract

This transformation in healthcare allows areas with less access to pharmacies to compansate with technology. However remote areas now have limited access to pharmacies and conventional stores, there is a new alternative:orderinging medicines over the internet. This research hopes to find out if rural communities are happier and healthier by taking their pharmacy to them rather then going to it. Results confirmed that patients using medicine Websites experienced greater levels of satisfation; they saved time and met their pharmacists online. Health improvements were considerably higher for people who participate in the telepharmacy process compared to normal, face to face interactions. Telepharmacy has successfully helped improve lives living outside the big cities for a long time. The study concluded that telepharmacy was a safe way to get healthcare. To get the most out of telepharmacy policymakers need to train people,fix computers, improve wifi and to connect it to hospitals.
