Surah Rahman is most prominent, profound and articulate chapter of the Quran. This research employs a qualitative and comprehensive approach. The Surah has been the subject of extensive study by various scholars focusing its stylistic elements, rhythmic patterns, theological interpretations, and even its potential impact on health as supported by several medical studies. However there still remains a gap in exploring the central message of the Surah. It is widely considered that Surah Rahman highlights the blessings of Allah Almighty and recited by majority of Muslims as a part of their daily practice. Therefore, it is significant to reflect the divine message of the Surah. This study demonstrates, that the Surah maintains a remarkable logical flow between its verses and consistent thematic coherence, thereby revealing the central message with the support of other Quranic verses. The study reveals the Quranic depiction of man as the divinely appointed “Caliph” on earth, entrusted with the upholding of Al-Mizan —a profound concept of balance and justice in every aspect of life, while adhering to the boundaries set by Allah Almighty. Man remains accountable for every deed: rewards are assured for those who uphold the principles of Al-Mizan and remain within the ordained limits, whereas and punishment awaits those who transgress. Furthermore, Surah Rahman conveys a distinguishing stylistic feature of twining throughout its verses, yet the term “Al-Mizan” notably appears thrice, underscoring its central importance. This repetition also aligns with the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ, who emphasized significant matters by repeating them three times. Conclusion: Surah Rahman is traditionally recognized as a chapter of divine blessings, yet it also conveys a profound warning regarding human accountability. The warning is especially directed towards Muslim Ummah who are entrusted with the Quran and bear the responsibility to uphold “Al-Mizan” —the principle of balance and justice—both individually and socially.  Thus, the Surah integrates an initial note of Warning then Mercy reminding man of his entrusted role.”
