This study explores the psychological, emotional, physical, and social challenges faced by divorced women in Pakistan, a country where strong cultural and religious norms often stigmatize divorce. Using a simulated dataset of 100 respondents and employing a mixed-methods approach, which includes descriptive statistics, Pearson correlations, t-tests, chi-square tests, and ANOVA, the research provides a comprehensive analysis of the post-divorce experiences of women. Descriptive results show high psychological distress among participants, with 85% facing financial worries, 80% reporting nervousness, 75% experiencing emotional sensitivity and fatigue, along with common sleep and physical health issues. Inferential analysis showed that anxiety had strong positive correlations with emotional distress (r = .75), psychological distress (r = .70), and social anxiety (r = .55), while financial insecurity correlated moderately with emotional distress (r = .65). Statistical tests showed significantly higher anxiety in divorced women (t = 9.73, p < .001), a strong link between financial insecurity and emotional distress (χ² = 13.89, p < .001), and gradual psychological recovery over time (F = 4.56, p = .013). The study highlights how family-driven divorces in conservative societies lead to profound emotional, psychological, and social struggles for women, underscoring the need for support and reform.
