A qualitative study design incorporating the intrinsic case study technique was applied to interview a diverse group of twenty-five participants. A purposive sampling technique was utilized, which included five Jirga Members, five lawyers, five Members of Dispute Resolution Councils, five Social Activists, and five community leaders. A thematic analysis technique was applied to analyses the data, focusing on injustices in the form of provocation, violations of moral standards, rejection and social injustice, which lead to cognitive and emotional disturbance and violence in the study area.
