The COVID-19 pandemic fundamentally disrupted global value chains (GVCs), revealing systemic vulnerabilities in international trade networks and prompting a re-evaluation of regional integration strategies. This paper explores how post-pandemic trade reconfigurations are reshaping production networks, regional alliances, and investment flows. By analyzing the trends of nearshoring, digital trade, and supply chain resilience, it highlights the shift from hyper-globalization toward a more regionally balanced model of trade cooperation. The study argues that regional blocs such as ASEAN, SAARC, and the EU are now redefining trade priorities to enhance strategic autonomy, technological collaboration, and sustainable development. Through a comparative analysis of regional trade frameworks and policy shifts, this paper underscores the necessity of harmonizing regional policies, enhancing digital infrastructure, and strengthening institutional cooperation for a resilient and inclusive global economy.
