Peas (Pisum sativum) is an important crop being grown worldwide and in Pakistan however soil erosion, low contents of organic matter, nutrients depletion are serious challenges for crop production, environment and economic of farmers. It is necessary to explore alternative agriculture best practices that will enhance crop production under the threat of changing climate for sustainable agriculture production. The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse under a Complete Randomized Design (CRD), in Quetta, Balochistan during year (2023-2024). The treatments details are under: T0: (Control), T1: N 5 mg + P15 mg + K10 mg, T2: N 10 mg + P 30 mg + K 20 mg + FYM 150 mg, T3: N 20 mg, P 60 mg, K 40 mg + FYM 150 mg. The Soil observed in the experiment was sandy clay loam having pH (7.66) with EC (1.33dsm-1). The fertility status showed organic matter (0.66%), total N (0.082%), extractable P (3.16 mg / kg-1) and K (105.96 mg / kg-1) was in average range. The application of NPK with farmyard manure the total N, P, and K content in plant N concentration (1.58%), P uptake (0.61mg pot-1) and K uptake (1.18 mg pot-1). Result of Morphological and pea yield showed that higher plant height (71.04 cm) number of pods pot-1 (20.02), pods yield g pot-1 (160.92 g pod), pods length (9.01 cm), numbers of leave plant-1 (38) and 100 seed weight (51.01 g) followed by NPK and farmyard manure. Furthermore, the application of farmyard manure given greater result then N, P, and K. Conclusion that study concluded that the combine application of organic matter of any sources integrated with chemical fertilizer for increase yield and nutrient use for the healthy soil, ensure environmental sustainability, reduce input costs, provide sufficient crop yield to ensure food security in Balochistan.
