Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of TRX exercises on developing speed-strength, flexibility, and short passing skills among futsal players. The researchers employed an experimental approach with a pre- and post-test design on a sample of futsal athletes. The training program incorporated TRX exercises tailored to enhance specific physical and technical abilities. Measurements were taken before and after the intervention to assess improvements in the targeted variables. The results demonstrated statistically significant progress in speed-strength, flexibility, and short passing performance among the experimental group. These findings confirm the effectiveness of TRX training in improving both physical fitness and technical execution in futsal players.
