Abstract

Traditionally, investigation on Artificial Intelligence mainly dedicated on its implications, including the advantages and disadvantages of its application. However, investigating the factors driving the demand for AI across various domains is equally critical, particularly for stakeholders and employees striving to enhance their efforts and organizational growth. This issue holds significant relevance for Pakistan, especially given the recent decline in the country's economic performance. A noticeable trend in Pakistan is the preference for manual methods over technological solutions. The objective of this study is to explain the key factors influencing artificial intelligence adoption among the people of Pakistan, with a particular focus on the healthcare sector. Data was gathered from 108 valid health care respondents, and the proposed research model was evaluated using regression analysis through PLS-SEM software. Hypotheses were subsequently tested. The findings indicate that artificial intelligent overall impact is positive, even when mediated by factors such as production management, supplier collaborations and relationships, and a digital and intelligent environment. These results provide valuable insights for policymakers, emphasizing the need to incorporate AI into routine activities and encourage its use among employees. Initiatives like employee training and development programs to highlight AI's benefits and enhance their expertise in specialized areas would significantly contribute to skills improvement and overall productivity.
