The fruit loss has been documented the subject of many fruit fly management strategies. However, it is difficult to effectively manage fruit flies because they can produce on other fruits like mangoes and guavas. Controlling fruit flies improves the fruit's quality and yield.  Fruit flies have threatened Pakistani fruit exports to foreign markets. The best way to control fruit flies is to utilize integrated pest management (IPM), which safeguards the environment and beneficial natural enemies. In three areas of Sindh, Pakistan, an experiment including five treatments was conducted. Districts that produce mangoes, guavas, and citrus, specifically Naushaharo Froze, Larkana, and Mirpurkhas. Each experimental unit covered an area of one hectare. “A = sanitation, B = Male annihilation teqniques, C = protein-based baits, D = plant cuttings, and E = A + B + C + D” were the five treatments that were employed from 2015 to 2016. At regular intervals, information on fruit plague percentage, over-all  flies/trap, whole flies bagged/year, fruit holes percentage, pupal inhabitants, fruit plague percentage, and fruit market value were collected. Fruit fatalities were considerably decreased when all the ingredients were applied in a single application, according to the results.   This paper explains chemical control integrated pest management tactics against fruit flies. Farmers can use these strategies to control fruit flies and conserve Sindh's cash fruit, which has numerous positive effects on the economy.
