Mission The Periodicals of Management Studies (POMS) is a research journal that publishes advanced and innovative research in the field of Management Sciences. POMS has a broad philosophy and is open to a wide range of methodological approaches and philosophical underpinnings. POMS is a double-Blind, bi-annual research journal publishes in all major areas of management sciences and related disciplines. Objectives The Periodicals of Management Studies is a double-blind peer-review journal. We expect that papers should aim to develop strong theoretical and/or empirical insights that increase our understanding of behavior both in organizations and of organizations in their environments. The goal of POMS is to create a forum for management academics, researchers, practitioners, and students. Scope The POMS publishes articles that present unique ideas and solutions to challenging issues in management and related fields. The quality and originality of contributions in the field of management and allied disciplines, such as finance, marketing, management, human resource management, Business Economics, Supply chain management, information technology management, Tourism and hospitality management, and all other disciplines of management studies are ensured by our rigorous double-blind review system. POMS welcomes the research articles based on empirical research, conceptual frameworks, and critical reviews. Frequency of Publication POMS is published Bi-annually (two times a year) in the months of June and December.
