Abstract

Hence, the following detail proves/ elaborates that the narration which expresses Zikar loudly, can not be the base  to negate Zikar Hidden and the narrations which expresses Zikar Hidden, can not be the base to negate Zikar Loudly. Both of these interpretations are interpreted according to their situation and place. It is not decisive to take an option among these and disgrace other by applying other one like in the case of Zikar Hidden, it is not justifiable to say that Zikar Loudly is Bida’t, Makrooh and illegal. On many occasions in books of Hadith and Jurisprudence, impugnment is given regarding Contradiction about Hadith and actions of Sahaba, keeping situations and personals base. For example, AllamaRamali and AllamaShami, both of them presented recitation complexion about Quran. Same impugnment can also be considered here. Therefore, instead of considering this, negation to a proven act is like negation of Hadith. May Allah forbid us.
