Aims & Objectives Journal of Khyber College of Dentistry (JKCD) aims to be the leading publication in its field and provides a forum for the exchange of information about the new and significant research in dentistry in Pakistan and throughout the world. It also aims to motivate the conduct and publication of original research in oral health sciences in Pakistan, to provide a source of continuing dental education, and to circulate such information in Pakistan and other parts of the world. JKCD maintains rigorous standards of peer review and editorial excellence to ensure the quality and integrity of published content across all accepted disciplines. Focus & Scope Journal of Khyber College of Dentistry (JKCD) welcomes submissions spanning a diverse range of topics within dentistry and related medical fields, including but not limited to: Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Restorative Dentistry Periodontology Endodontics Prosthodontics Orthodontics Pediatric Dentistry Oral Pathology Dental Biomaterials Dental Public Health Dental Implantology Oral Radiology Oral Medicine Medical conditions with oral manifestations Interdisciplinary approaches to dental and medical care Clinical Case Reports and Case Series Healthcare Policy and Ethics Medical Education and Curriculum Development Audience/ Readers: Faculty, consultants, specialists, scholars and trainees in all discipline of dentistry. Frequency: We publish quarterly. Publisher/ Owner: Khyber College of Dentistry, Peshawar, Pakistan Sponsor: Khyber College of Dentistry, Peshawar, Pakistan Article Processing Charges (APC): We charge publication fee of PKR. 10,000 from faculty members, PKR. 5000 from trainee medical officers, while PKR. 3000 from house officers. Waiver of APC: JKCD offers a complete or partial fees waiver on a case to case basis for undergraduate students of Pakistan as well as authors from low and middle income countries (WHO-HINARI Group-A Countries list.
