Abstract

The huge aims of this article which is written under the title (The effect of sound of the baby while dying) to analyze the sound or movement of the baby, when it makes a sounds or makes a movement that indicates that it is alive and dies later . This calling of a child is proved by the testimony of two men or a man and two women accordance with the scholars, it is also proved by the testimony of  a man or by a woman alone accordance to the most of the scholars, when it is proved that the child has died after being alive. In that case, the child will be named, ablution will be performed, and the funeral prayer will be offered on it. If the baby born on the morning of ide  fiter the charity of fiter will pay.
