Pakistan Journal of Forestry (Print ISSN 0030-9818; Online ISSN 2960-0553) is the official journal of Pakistan Forest Institute, Peshawar, Pakistan. It was founded and established by Government of Pakistan and its first Editor was S. A. A. Anvery. PJF has been publishing regularly since 1951. PJF is an open-access and peer-reviewed journal that publishes research articles on biannually basis in every discipline of forestry. The research articles are received from national and international forestry scientists, which are referred to highly qualified, capable and experienced subject specialists for evaluation. The journal is managed by highly qualified Editorial Board under the supervision of Chief Editor (Director, Biodiversity Research Division) and Patron (Director General, Pakistan Forest Institute, Peshawar). More than forty (40) organizations within Pakistan and fourteen (14) international organizations have subscription for the journal.
