Abstract

This research studies language among the components of storytelling, as it has a specificity that makes it the most prominent and important component. Language is the tool of literature in general and is what gives the text its literary character. The literary work “is not a grammatical collocation of lexical words in which values are enshrined, and it is not a linear succession of words that seeks to generate their usual meanings.” Rather, saying “rebellion against that” achieves its rebellion with the wording.”
This Wording which rebels against its familiarity, only comes about by breaking the lexical connotations and opening it to a stream of multiple interpretations, which enriches the text cognitively and aesthetically. That is, it is “a language that transcends itself and distances itself from its familiarity.” Therefore, the language did not stop at the limits of conveying meaning, but rather was entrusted to it. Creating a world with its events and characters, and any change in its composition is a change in the events and characters.

Research Objective

Discussion

The paper argues that the power of literary language lies in its ability to go beyond conveying simple meaning. It emphasizes that the specific wording and its deviation from conventional usage are what imbue a text with its rebellious spirit and aesthetic richness. Changes in language composition directly affect the narrative's events and characters.
