There are several problems in society relating to family life, yet few individuals are aware of the issues that demand Kaffarah (resolution). Understanding these issues is critical for establishing a healthy family life that is consistent with purity and religious ideals. There are several actions that call for atonement that can be classified as waajib, Mubaah, or Mustahab. Domestic problems eventually worsen due to inadequate awareness about such subjects. Contemporary researchers with topical awareness are addressing complex issues. Important religious leaders, academics, and jurists have clarified social concerns and provided clarification.The more complicated the present problems, the more solutions researchers have.
Modern problems are becoming more complex, yet competent researchers already know how to solve them. Islamic Sharia has created some restrictions to promote a happy family and domestic life. Some of these limitations stop people from stumbling into traps, preventing mistakes from being repeated and allowing others to learn from them. A lack of understanding and information regarding expiation frequently leads to a slew of difficulties. The order of expiations, requirements for choosing expiation, how to address one's spouse while angry, and the law against taking more than the required dowry upon divorce are all covered here.
To examine social problems related to domestic life and the scholarly perspectives on these issues, emphasizing the critical need for awareness and resolution (Kaffarah) for a healthy family life consistent with religious ideals.
