Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between Automated banking service quality of a bank with customer satisfaction. In today’s business scenario as the trend is shifting towards service products, so is the importance of service quality, increasing. Our business culture is shifting towards automation of products and it has become necessary that we must understand the mind set of our customers towards these automations. In Pakistani banking sector the impact of Automated banking service quality is not studied and therefore this relationship is explored in this study. For the purpose of analysis SPSS was used and the results were recorded accordingly. This study will help in better understanding the automated banking services and their impact on the overall customer satisfaction.
