Banking industry in Pakistan is facing intense competition attributed bygreat number of national and multinational banks, improvedtechnology, enhanced innovation and concentrated products portfolio.This necessitates an ongoing learning culture in organizations to resultin enriched service quality and better customer satisfaction. This studytakes into account this dilemma and explains how organizationallearning is influenced by team process and job engagement withmoderating of role of leadership style. Data were collected throughself-administered questionnaire from 450 employees of selected banksin Multan district of Southern Punjab province, Pakistan. Regressionanalysis was run to statistically validate the conceptualizedrelationships. Findings provided significant statistical support toaccept all hypotheses. This study provides useful insights for bankers toincorporate such policies which enhance teamwork and increase jobengagement. Furthermore, a democratic leadership style congruentwith organizational policies may also enhance organizational learningthat would ultimately yield innovation and improved customersatisfaction.
