<jats:p>The research study aims to analyze the effect of Training on the employee performance and organizational commitment of the employees of the takaful industry of district Peshawar. The sample of the research study is comprised of 161 takaful employees randomly selected from different takaful organizations namely, Dawood Takaful, Jubilee Family Takaful, Adamjee Family Takaful, and Pak Qatar Takaful. Linear Regression Analysis has been applied to analyze the effect of training on employee performance and organizational commitment. It has been found that training has a significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment. The research recommends that the HR department should provide relevant and need-based training to the employees. Moreover, it suggests that training should be provided on a regular basis to not only improve the performance of the employees but to enhance the organization's commitment.</jats:p>
