According to Constitution of Pakistan, Judiciary is empowered to decide in any matter by free well. A principle of judicial immunity is introduced in which they are protected from prosecution in any matter. The phenomenon of judicial immunity means that a judge's complete protection from personal liability for exercising judicial functions. Even in modern era, it has become much stronger that it sometimes gives immunity to a judge and protects him from lawsuit even though there is clear bias and violation of civil rights of a citizen. The judges sometime use this right for their personal benefit which affects the society. A comprehensive study was conducted to critically evaluate the misuse of judicial immunity. In addition, a qualitative study was conducted to examine the impact of biased decision pronounced by the judges. It has been observed that the decision on the merit gives positive impact whereas the biased decisions have showed the adverse consequences on the citizens.||Keywords: Judiciary, Judgement, Impact, Pakistan.
