The organizations replies to new business environment detects that, they must be based on Intangible resources that have not been attention Previously .Intellectual capital is often described as an intangible asset that can be used as a source of Stable competitive advantage . This research reviews The relationship between Intellectual capital and Dimensions of corporate entrepreneurship in Textile Manufacturing Company of Borujerd. This investigation respect to control degree, data collection and expanding data ability is a survey research to objective is a descriptive research. Statistical population in this research is 270 patients of the personnel who have diploma or higher, According to the Morgan Table, 159 samples are chosen. Sampling method is stratified random. To compile data, Bontis’s Intellectual capital questionnaire (consist of 90 questions) and Researcher made questionnaire based on model Kearney& et al corporate entrepreneurship (consist of 18 questions) are applied. Construct validity of the questionnaire is confirmed by Exploratory Factor Analysis and Chronbach’s alpha coefficient is applied for determining reliability of questionnaires. Analysis of data accomplish by SPSS software, multiple regression Pearson method are used for data analysis. These results were obtained from data analysis: there are significant and positive relationship between Intellectual capital and corporate entrepreneurship.||Keywords: Intellectual Capital, Human Capital, Structural Capital , Customer Capital, Corporate Entrepreneurship.
