Organizational climate can affect motivation, performance and job satisfaction influence. The organization of the various actions needs to create an expectation that staff will be available to the destination. Employees based on the perception that the organization will be expected to have some kind of reward, pleasure and benefit failures. The present study examined the relationship between organizational climate and performance of human resources in the education department Abyek city has been done. The main objective of the study was to identify the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance. Among other goals, the study can also be used to examine the relationship between each of the organizational structure including a sense of responsibility, collaborative thinking, innovative spirit, the spirit of self-control, proper compensation, organizational support, integrity and value system of the organization, staffing, performance and ultimately prioritize organizational climate factors pointed in the direction of greater efficiency. After collecting data by questionnaire and grading them, all using the spss statistical software in both descriptive and inferential methods were analyzed.
