Abstract

This research paper aims to explore and conceptualize the relationship between Islamic values and interpersonal skills in school head leadership. The study investigates the impact of Islamic values on key aspects of interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, effective communication, conflict resolution, collaboration, and teamwork. The research objectives were addressed through a comprehensive literature review, conceptual analysis, and interpretation of the findings.
