Abstract

Human resources in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution play an important role, especially for youth-oriented organizations such as the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. The article presents and focuses on innovative content in terms of methods and content for the activities of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in the context of digital transformation and the 4.0 industrial revolution following the requirements and tasks of improving the quality of young human resources.  Solutions to innovate the content and operating methods of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union focus on solutions to innovate the content and operating methods of the Union based on the capacity of young human resources.
