Participants were drawn from selected water production factories operating in the Niger-Delta Region of Nigeria. A structured questionnaire was administered to one hundred and thirty-two respondents. The Pearson Product Moment Correlation results indicate that that there is a relationship between all the variables of Workplace toxicity and Employee Performance.
