Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the impact of Person Employment fit on Employee Creativity with moderating role of Work Volition. The unit of analysis in this study is health care organizations, targeting population of KPK (Hazara division). Data for current study has been gathered from respondents through questionnaire administered via email and Google Forms. Data gathered from respondents was analyzed using SPSS. The results of the current study indicate an overall positive impact of demands fit and needsupplies fit on employee creativity. Furthermore, the moderating role of Work Volition was also proven significant. This can be replaced by” The study is a useful input for the policy makers of health sector considering adverse effects of COVID-19 on health care workers. Further, current study will also help in filling the research gap that currently exists due to scarcity of research.
