The research aims to examine how digital revolution is affecting how academic boards handle human resources (HR). This research is mostly on the Ziauddin University Examination Board (ZUEB) in Pakistan. This research looks at how technology alters things like managing performance, communicating to people, and educating workers in the real world. It happens when schools and universities are beginning to employ more technology. The research looks at how individuals utilize digital technologies and how they change the way examinations are given and services are supplied. The research adopted quantitative approach and is based on survey responses from 344 individuals, including students, teachers, and HR professionals. The research is based on a conceptual framework that views developing the corporate culture as a moderator and digital transformation activities as a mediator. There are still a lot of people who aren't ready for digital, notably support personnel and those who live in remote regions. The findings do reveal, nevertheless, that test services have improved in several aspects when it comes to quality and impartiality. The findings reveal that training, backing from legislators, and a culture that is receptive to new ideas are all extremely essential. The report presents useful tips to school administrators and lawmakers who wish to utilize technology to improve the way schools assess kids more modern. These ideas come from looking at the pros and cons of digital revolution in academic human resources.
